He has worked with over a dozen private equity sponsors over the past 3.5 years, ranging from investments coming from $200 Million funds to multi Billion dollar supported funds. He also is highly networked into buy side advisory firms supporting aggressive addon strategies. Eric has a strong ability to help management teams craft and communicate their strategic initiatives, including growth strategies, productivity initiatives, customer initiatives, E-commerce / ERP planning, and enterprise value creation
